Lusk Community Network (LCN) is the official name of an initiative in Lusk that has been established to help bring the community, its clubs and associations closer together.

We believe the community of Lusk will benefit by improving communication between residents, clubs and associations.

In order to achieve these goals, we have designed a community-based website called ‘LOVE LUSK’. This will serve to collate and share useful information within our community. It will provide a valuable sign-posting service for local clubs, associations and businesses in Lusk. This website will showcase community-based initiatives on a new platform to help promote them. It will also support established clubs and associations (big and small) to actively engage with our community groups, support them and share in their achievements.

As an inclusive community organisation, we will hold an Annual General Meeting to elect the LCN committee each year. Everyone in the community will be welcome to vote, as well as putting themselves forward for election. LCN is registered with the Fingal Public Participation Network* (PPN).

As LCN grows and develops, we hope to link with regional and national initiatives that will enhance our community. We wish to be the ‘go-to’ organisation for introducing and facilitating these initiatives.

Lusk is full of talented and enthusiastic people. We hope Lusk Community Network can support all of our community groups to help make our town a better place to live.
